Playoffs:

Playoff Week for Vintage runs from 6/21 to 6/25. 

• Regular season divisions will be re-seed by Odds and Evens to create North vs South and East vs West playoff divisions; as applicable.
  • Example: NorthSouth #1 = North #1, NorthSouth #2 = South #1, etc.
• The higher seed number will be the Home Team throughout all playoff games
• Nightly winners advance to Sat, 6/26 for the remainder of playoff games; where we then jump into the Tournament of Champions.

Saturday Games:

Saturday games will be held in the morning and early afternoon. You keep winning, you keep playing. If you think your team might make it this far, plan on being free that morning/afternoon. All of the Sat, 6/26 games will take place at the Crittenden Fields.

The schedule (times/fields) for Saturday is typically finalized late on the Thursday night or Friday morning before Saturday games. Plan for 8:00am or 8:30am games at the earliest. Thanks for your patience as we determine that; as it's always a logistics puzzle.

What to Bring on Saturday:

• A team canopy is always helpful; or at least sunscreen.
• Water, ice and a cooler on wheels is helpful to keep hydrated.
• Your other usual beverage(s) of choice.
• Food and Snacks as applicable; or maybe plan for a delivery.
• Foldable chairs or a blanket for sitting on.
• A portable wagon to move your team belongings from field to field.
• 1 or 2 trash bags for cans / refuse; take them with you when you depart.

Side Note:
Teams that are scheduled to start playing on the front (#01) or back (#03, #16, #13) of Crittenden are typically scheduled to gradually make their way towards the middle of Crittenden (by fields #15 & #20); where most teams end up by the end of the day. We'll try our best not to have your team crisscross back and forth across all of Crittenden; but not if you play on multiple teams on Saturday - then you'll probably be all over the place or have conflicting game times; plan to move all over accordingly.

Big Reminder:

• In playoff and championship games, all teams must have a minimum of 3 females fielding at all times.
• No team can be forced to play an official game after the 15 minute leeway time, unless delayed due to a team currently playing a playoff or championship game.
• We're not waiting for players from other nights to wrap up a game so you can start your nights games; as games may overlap a tad or run late. If they're late they can pop-in by the 4th according to the rules.
• Our referees are there most of the day as well. They may need a quick breather in-between games; which may push start times a tad. 
• A current season and team matching KLOR issued kickball T-shirt is required for all players currently on or off the field when participating in playoff or championship games. (i.e. no using 10 t-shirts for 11 players)
• All players must sign and agree to the waiver form, for their team (Spring Vintage waivers close at the start of the last regular season Vintage game).
