THESE TIMES DIFFER FROM OUR USUAL EVENING TIMES DUE TO THE BILLS PRE-SEASON GAME. IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE ESTABLISHMENT, AND OUR CAPTAINS, WE WILL WAIT THROUGHOUT THE BILLS GAME AT MARSHALL ST; IF AN EVENING TIME WORKS BETTER FOR YOU. WE WILL DEPART AS SOON AS THE GAME ENDS.

Meeting Times Separated By T-shirt Color
Make sure all teammates and potential substitutes have signed your fall team waiver before you arrive! Each meeting will last roughly 35-45 minutes, T-shirts will be handed out at the end of the meeting.
If the captain cannot be present, another individual from the team should be sent. This is a mandatory meeting; as noted in your registration confirmation e-mail.
Re-read all the information that came with your Apparel/T-shirt Order Form email for this season. It indicates the due dates for league fees and policies regarding picking up apparel. Teams who have a delinquent remaining balance, are low on team waivers, or are tardy picking up t-shirts are subject to late fees, processing fees, and/or being on the "naughty list".
Shirts will not be delivered to your field and shirts cannot be picked up before games. Send a "stand in" if you can not make the meeting. If a "stand in" is sent, make sure you're not on the "naughty list" or send them with what they need to get off the naughty list, or you might end up on their naughty list for making them wait in line for nothing.
Due to occupancy restrictions this meeting is designed for team captains only, however feel free to bring some teammates and have a drink or two. Light munchies will be provided or arrive early for something delicious off the menu!
