Orders placed on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. For all package delivery times, a ''business day'' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends. Store Policies Payment We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Back Ordered & Discontinued Items We do our best to keep our inventory stockpiled, but we''re not perfect and every so often we find ourselves out of stock. In the event that a product you ordered is not in stock or discontinued before we can update the website, we will make every effort to contact you. You are always welcome to wait for your item, or substitute another item of equal or lesser value. Items that have been discontinued are eligible for a full refund on the purchase price. We will have to email you if we have a problem with your order, so make sure you enter an email you have regular access to! All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If you would like to exchange your apparel, feel free. We accept returns of clean, unwashed, and unworn merchandise apparel within 30 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value (less shipping costs). Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition, including any manufacturer hangtags, stickers, etc. Be patient and give us 2 weeks to complete the exchange or refund process. When you''re returning an item for exchange, make sure you send us back the packing slip with a love note that tells us why you hate what you got, what you''d like in exchange, and any address changes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so you might want to add a tracking number as well!
