Summer 2012 Teams & Players raise $6,520 for Camp Day Dreams

Kickball players capped off another successful summer season with a $6,520 donation to Camp Day Dreams. 

394 teams participated in the summer kickball season. $10 from every team registered, bundled with prize raffles, and t-shirt sponsorship donations helped make the donation a success. Players were just able to break the $6,500 mark at the last stop of the pub crawl on Saturday, when one generous player offered up his raffle prize to the highest bidder, with all of the proceeds of that prize capping off the donation.

 


Ryan Kimball, the Director of League Operations and Founder of the league, presented the check this afternoon to "Johnny Mac" at the downtown office for Camp Day Dreams; following a few bites of specially made delicious kickball cake to mark the occasion!
